I've made this Strawberry Carrot Cake sometime bake, but I'm too busy to but it up on the blog. Having balance strawberry from another cake, I decided to put it into my favorite American Carrot Cake. The frosting look fantastic for with bits of red strawberries. However I couldnt taste strawberry from the cake. Mhhhh... I wonder how I can improve the taste of strawberry?
