Cheese Snow Skin Mooncake

The latest trend of mooncakes adds cheese in them. Either they have the york replace with cheese or Cheese filling with varity of flavors. I've decided to make Whisky Blueberry Cheese and Chocolate Cheese Mooncake. Here's the result.

Strewberry, Kiwi Jelly Cheesecake

Yet another experiment with cheesecake. This time is the Strewberry, Kiwi Jelly Cheesecake.

I remembered a similar cheesecake eaten during a family dinner. So I decided to improvise it from a respberry jelly cheesecake recipe. So who's gonna be my tester this time?

I was impress with Eu Yan Sang Clinic. They have the CRM system which requires to take the payients blood pressure and entered to the system. I had a sprain ankle and the picture shows the medicine package for each dose. All is impressive as well as the cost of S$40 :)

Coffee Cheese Cake

The latest try on cheesecake is Coffee Cheese Cake. It was a challenge to remove the cheesecake from a ordinary pan. I need to invest on a Springform Pan next time. This time i decorate the side of the cake with ground hazelnut to camouflage the sides.
