This Chocolate Cup Cake and vanilla frosting is our 1st try in cup cake. Kenneth and I enjoyed the process of decorating the cup cakes. Frankly it looks great, children with sweet tooth will love the frosting on top. Great for children parties.

I love them--they make me feel very happy just to look at them! And of course, I would feel even happier if I ate one!

Hi, I just started blogging and also my journey to create nice cupcakes for family and close friends. I would like to make some nice cupcakes for my son's preschool principal who is leaving. Question is how do I ensure that the cupcake frosting say buttercream stays put and nice from home to school? Appreciate any tips. Thanks. Ps: Your cupcakes looks inspiring!

yes, it sure melts considering a tropical weather.. To keep the frosting, sometimes i place it in the freezer till i'm ready to go.. and put in a cooler box,.. turn up yr car's air-con.. just have to use whatever imaginable ideas u got to make sure it's good upon delivery.. lastly, remember to ask the principal to leave it alone for a while before consuming for best result.. good luck! ;-)
