Another healthy choice for a snack. I scrap these corn out and sprinkle some salt, water & olive butter. Microwave for 3mins and you'll get sweet corn snack. It definately taste better than MacDonald's.

Red Drink







A long weekend break for me. Bought BeetRoot to try some new juices. Made this red drink with
  1. 2 Apple
  2. 1/2 beetroot
  3. 1/2 big lime
  4. 1 japanese cucumber

Beet juice can provide many health benefits. It contains a wealth of both soluble and insoluble fiber that will keep the intestinal tract running smoothly along with keeping blood sugar and blood cholesterol levels on track. It is packed full of potassium, which in turn keeps the heart beating regularly and blood pressure normal.

Baked Potatos Wedges


Decided to have a healthy lunch yesterday. Baked potatos wedges with some olive oil and pepper. Bake at 250C for 20mins or till brown. Voila!... Crispy, delicious wedges
